Value Statement

Verified recovery and observed avoided exposure, shown separately with source evidence.

The Value Statement shows post-install outcomes RefundSentry can support with recorded evidence. It does not estimate every loss that might have been prevented.

What counts

  • Verified recovery— Money recovered from a dispute with a recorded merchant or system prefill/submission, after Shopify records an authoritative won outcome.
  • Observed avoided exposure— Order value recorded after a successful RefundSentry hold is followed by Shopify cancellation before fulfillment. It is exposure, not guaranteed savings.
  • Influenced activity— Completed owner actions shown as counts. Flags, clicks, and recommendations do not become money by themselves.

How totals work

Verified recovery and observed avoided exposure stay separate. When an FX rate is available, source amounts are converted into the shop currency with the rate provenance disclosed. Missing-rate entries stay excluded, and totals remain separate by resulting target currency. Historical audit findings never enter this statement.

Period, evidence, and export

Choose a period to inspect entries, adjustments, recorded dates, currency treatment, and evidence references. The PDF uses the same period and figures shown on screen. When no qualifying outcome exists, the report explains what would qualify instead of fabricating a return figure.
